The Bajka Restaurant was born out of a dream of excellent cuisine served with heart, of rediscovering the culinary traditions of Poland and the region and of organic cuisine created with attention to the smallest detail.
Searching for sources of flavour, drawing on the treasure trove of nature and discovering inspiration in the immediate vicinity, the restaurant has created a slow cuisine: promoting the flavours of the region and creating dishes using only the best ingredients. Some of them are sourced from the restaurant's own garden, where vegetables, aromatic herbs and fruit are grown: currants, plums, strawberries, strawberries, gooseberries. It is these that add freshness to the unique flavour compositions.
