In order to serve dishes of the highest quality, Hotel DeSilva Restaurant has introduced to its menu meats coming from its own, ecological breeding. Beef, pork and preserves such as pâtés, sausages and tenderloins are free of artificial additives and chemicals.
DeSilva Premium also has a bar with a fireplace, offering a large selection of drinks, cocktails, beer and light snacks, and a pastry shop, la Crème, offering a wide selection of cakes, desserts, cakes, and a sweet setting for any party, including catering.
