„Regional Experience” is a place created out of a passion for the Opole region and good food by the
Sławomir Janecki, Sławomir Milewski, Przemysław Łyszczarczyk and Holger Berg.
There is no shortage of classics on the menu, but they do appear in unobvious combinations - such as Silesian sour soup with smoked carp croquette and wild boar white sausage or baked carp crisps served with caper salsa and pickled cucumbers.
The owners emphasise that their ambition is to show Opole's cuisine „for real”, without pretending, based on simple, healthy and tasty ingredients, complemented by interesting
additives and flavour combinations.
Guests praise the skilful combination of tradition and modernity, the interesting flavours and the friendly atmosphere of the establishment. The restaurant sets high standards for itself, wanting to promote Opole's cuisine as an important part of the identity of our city and region. If this direction is maintained, the new restaurant on the map of Opole has a chance to become one of its culinary attractions - a place that not only feeds, but also tells the interesting history of the Opole region.

One of the cornerstones of the restaurant's operations is working closely with local farmers, fruit growers and breeders to support the regional economy and promote organic production.
The menu includes venison from Gościejowice, carp from Niemodlińskie ponds, honeys or vinegars from Korfantowo, cheese from Chudoba and craft beers from the local Dukes' brewery in Nysa. The seasonal menu changes with the seasons, guaranteeing the freshness of the ingredients and the opportunity to make full use of the seasonal harvest. The offer is complemented by a well-stocked shop with regional products - from honey, wines and beers, to local specialities and handicrafts, including porcelain from Tułowice.
The interior of „Regional Dozen” combines modern design with references to local heritage: natural materials dominate, and the walls are decorated with graphics featuring the architecture of Opole and paintings by Opole University students. Atmospheric lighting and an intimate table layout are conducive to both family dinners, meetings with friends and corporate events.
Additional rooms are available for guests to rent for intimate business meetings and special events; the space is also intended to be used for regular events such as tasting evenings, Pecha Kucha meetings or music concerts.
