Hotel Salve is located in the heart of historic Glogowek, remembering King Jan Kazimierz and Ludwig van Beethoven.

The cosy and atmospheric interiors of the restaurant are filled with the history of Glogowek and the delicious kitchen. The walls feature photographs of old Glogowek, while other design elements, including stained glass in the windows and visuals of wine barrels on the walls, introduce guests to the wine climate. The owners attach great importance to winemaking and the propagation of wine-drinking culture. It is worth recalling that this is where the bunches of grapes in the coat of arms of Głogówek originated.

Adjacent to the intimate chimney hall and banqueting halls is a well-tended garden, which sometimes hosts concerts as part of the Silesian Beethoven Festival - a real pride of the city.

Regional dishes are a speciality of the restaurant, while the showpiece dish is wild boar roulades stuffed with boletus mushrooms, served with grey noodles and sauerkraut. All meals are prepared using organic and natural products from local farmers.
