The restaurant in Bożejów Castle was created with regional and hunting cuisine in mind. The restaurant's menu is based on regional cuisine using products supplied by local producers.
There is no shortage of game dishes on the menu, prepared in the castle's own smokehouse, which is more than 200 years old. Hunting cuisine is closely linked to the history of the castle. Before the Second World War, the owners of the castle organised hunts in which Archduke Franz Ferdinand and the Prussian aristocracy, among others, took part.
In addition to the main room, the restaurant has two smaller rooms in the chateau part: the room on the ground floor next to the reception of the chateau, furnished with classic furniture reflecting the atmosphere of the place, and the atmospheric pub „Don Vito”, located on the second floor, maintained in the atmosphere of the 1920s. The château also has an old-fashioned oven where delicious bread is baked from time to time using natural sourdough.
